When I first start working with a client to map out the content of their site, the topic at some point in the conversation will shift to blogs. For some strange reason, small business owners either love or hate blogs. Without fail I will get asked if their website needs one.
This is indeed a strange phenomenon that takes place because – I am still surprised by how many business owners, still view their website as something separate from their business. In short – your website doesn’t need a blog, your business does.
I personally think the real issue is that most business owners don’t know what to write about or don’t know how to write a effective blog post. If this sounds like you then today is your lucky day. Trent Dyrsmid walks you through the basic of writing a solid blog post in this week’s featured post. You can check out Trent’s post “How to Write a Good Blog Post” on Business 2 Community’s website.
