Hey there and happy Tuesday! This week’s featured post are two great articles from Jeff Haden at Inc. Magazine and Zoey Miller of Babble Out. Both posts talk about the benefits of getting a little exercise in each day to reduce stress.

Now I know we’ve all heard this before, but let’s face it – how many of us actually do it? I will be the first to admit that I am a yo-yo exerciser. But if you are a small business owner, like myself, there is a pretty good chance you’re putting in more hours than you should.

I envy my husband who gets up at some unbelievable hour to exercise 5 days a week, I wish I had that kind of discipline. That’s why these two posts are is right on time.
