Since the Recession, any gains that a small business owner can make on or offline is considered a blessing. But what if you’ve managed to survive these past few years, but now you seemed to have hit a wall.
You started to write out a plan but things just grew “organically”. Yes, we all know that is just a nice way to avoid writing a real business plan. It may make a nice soundbite but the truth of the matter is, if you don’t know what’s going on in your business now and where you want it to be tomorrow, you could be in trouble before you know it.
